Intergrated Marketing campaign for sale of Hotel
Eye-D have been working with CBRE Hotels internationally for over eight years in creating bespoke marketing collateral to assist in the sale of hotel assets, that range from individual boutique hotels, to asset portfolios, to some of the world’s finest 5-star hotels.
We were recently tasked with creating a suite of creative materials for the sale of The Hilton DoubleTree, Amsterdam. Working closely with the UK team, we produced a 1.5’ video hosted on a bespoke microsite, along with a 32-page digital brochure and a subsequent high-quality, case-bound printed book.
Every communication is developed to capture the essence of the asset or portfolio and to deliver salient information concisely. This helps to maximise the asset’s value potential and return for the vendor.
